I'm gonna skip the usual blah blah blah.....but uh....this blog is slowly but surely getting more and more attention (at least I think so). I'd say of late it's average definitely like 100+hits per day...but honestly as much as the fame, etc, etc and attention seem so cool and desirable, yeah it's nice but it's not the focus of this blog and it's not the reason I post everyday and advertise it everywhere I am. I'm sure some...or alot -_- of you are possibly annoyed of me updating my facebook daily with my blog link, and maybe some of you appreciate it? Who knows....either play ONE of my goals is to please my audience, but it's not the main focus...so whether you like or not like....the way i advertise or the posts that I posts or the words that I type....you gotta deal with it...or don't visit the blog. Anyways yeah....I know as this blog becomes bigger, I'm gonna have people that like it and visit it everyday and some people that don't like it and have their negative comments about it. At the end of the day the main focus of this blog is myself....you know.....the only thing I'll admit to is being inspired to start this blog by a friend. Other than that, I started this...created it...stuck by it....from the dark times when barely anyone visited and people would tell me why put my heart into something that very few people notice, until now where I'm getting enough attention I guess. Like I've mentioned before, whether I have 1000 views, or a few...or even if it's only me giving the views by checking and posting....I don't care. As the views increase, I know it means more people are and have been visiting my blog, and I dunno...a part of me told myself maybe I should start holding back and not sharing ALL of my secrets because I'm now sharing it to a larger population....but then I thought to myself nah...this is my blog, this is me....and I wanna share it with the world. So whether I'm happy or whether i'm crying....I'm gonna tell you....whether I got beat up, cussed at, dissed, made fun of, rejected, etc, etc....I'm gonna tell you....that is what makes this blog so special to me I guess and why I put so much thought, effort and care into it.....because it means that much to me. So uh....I thank you for continuing to visit this blog....and spreading the word (if you have), thank you to all the people outside of Canada visiting my blog...I don't even know how you found it, but I'm grateful none the less....stay tuned, cuz I'm working on a lot of things right now and as school is almost over, my free time will only increase for me to think and display more creative posts.....thanks, continue to spread the link and show it to anyone and everyone. I know I've posted this before but as I was walking home today I was listening to it on my headphones and I got a good chance to hear the song thoroughly and int he beginning and end of the song there are like newscasts and after doing some research and looking at the lyrics again...I found out J. Cole's rapping about a 5 year old girl Shaniya Davis who was missing and later found dead. Her mother had apparently sold her for prostitution and she was found offroad somewhere wearing nothing but a t-shirt. I mean like are you kidding me....this really disgusted me....her mother was charged with trafficking (led to believe she did it to pay of drug debts) and the man was charged with kidnapping and murder. What kind of world do we live in....where a mother sells her FIVE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER......oh my goodness....like this hurt me and at the same time really upset me just listening to the song and hearing the news and then researching some more. Really pay attention to the lyrics that J is spitting and especially the beginning and end where you'll hear the news parts. If you wanna read the entire story click her:

Continuing on from yesterday nights quick little thing so I didn't forget...I dunno....maybe it's just my personal opinion that I feel it's not possible to have more than one best friend. Now I know some people can probably pull it off with 2 or 3 best friends, but nah I'm talking about legit like 10+, 20+ people you call your best friends. The person's explanation is that they talk to each person about a different thing, which you can either find ok, or insulting....guess which way I took it....I dunno I feel like this isn't a supermarket, where you just look at the labels for each aisle and go into whatever aisle looking for what you need. It's like oh "school problems" friend, "boy/girlfriend problems" friend, "family problems" friend. I dunno that just doesn't work for me...it's like I'm a shirt you put in your closet that you only wear sometimes or only take out for special occasions because it doesn't match with a lot of things. You keep telling me you care and I really want to believe you, but when I see you with ALL your best friends....it makes me think you prob say you care about all of them leading me to think if she cares A LOT with ALL her heart for all her best friends, how much care can actually be distributed among all the friends. Someone's bound to get left out or get an unequal share, you know what I'm getting at? I guess lately that's why I've been indulging in other people and kinda not avoiding...but dodging her. I mean she hardly ever approaches me and lately we've been talking more as acquaintances like oh haven't talked to you in a while, how are you, any problems, oh ok cool...done....end of story...you serious? Nah....it's cool, I'll let you do your thing and I won't let it bother me too much for now....Hakuna Matata...I've found some comfort in a few other people for now. I dunno though.....I've got a lot on my plate right now....mostly coming from school....my head'll be more clear after April 12th.....

From The Heart: Hakuna Matata

So I'm assuming most of you have seen the Lion King before....or you're like me who only saw it for the first time in recent time (2 weeks ago -_-). Anyways yeah....Hakuna Matata is translated to "there are no worries" or "no worries", I think a lot of the times we create burdens and place them on our shoulders along with the burdens of school, relationships, parents, friends, etc. We always have to have something wrong in our lives and if nothings wrong, we go seeking out problems in other people's lives and go make it our own. Now I'm watching Prison Break all over again and the main character Michael Scofield....he's the type of guy to put everyone else's needs ahead of his own, in other words....he carries the burdens of everyone and feels its his fault that his brother is in jail or that someone died or people are trying to kill his friends. In the same way, I think we are kinda like that where when our friends tell us their problems or whats bothering them, we feel like we have to make it our problem and we start to think about it non stop and let it bother us though it has nothing to do with us. Now me...I'm the type of person to blow things out of proportion and come back a day later saying.....wow that was small. What i'm trying to say here is sometimes....when life throws problems at you or when your friends are going through ish....you have to attack it with the mindset or"HAKUNA MATATA"....there are no worries...I mean like for me....school's over in like less than 3 weeks....I have 2 more exams left that will pretty much make or break my average I feel..and yeah you gotta study, keep focused and not get distracted, etc. But sometimes you just have to look at it and say hey...hakuna matata....especially since I'm christian and am a heavy believer, sometimes you just gotta put your faith in God's hands that everything will be okay. Whether you succeed or fail at a certain obstacle shouldn't make or break your confidence because every triumph and failure that God puts you through is specifically designed to shape and mould you in his likeness. I have this friend who's kinda going through the same problem I went through a while ago where this person has 2 close friends that aren't seeing eye to eye but this person is close with both of them. Meaning....they go to this person for advice and tell this person their side of t he story...so basically this person knows both sides of the story but can't share it with the other people because this person isn't supposed to. Now this person is stressing and getting upset because he/she can't do anything about it. I told them honestly I don't know why you're getting so worked up because it's not even your problem, I know you care for both of your friends, but you can't do anything about it besides sit back and let God do his work, y'know....It really is true that with age comes maturity and wisdom cuz as I've grown I'm learning so much more and becoming more aware of these things. I don't dwell in popularity and girls (sometimes)....but like you shouldn't make it your entire focus to date as many girls as you can or to have the most facebook friends or to go clubbing everyday in hopes of hooking up with a guy/girl. You just need to be living your life as is and letting it play out the way it's supposed to. Don't be down cuz all your friends have boyfriends/girlfriends and you're the odd one out, don't feel weird that all your friends do drugs/drink and you don't....don't feel like a loser cuz all your friends party and go clubbing and you choose to stay home and do homework.....keep your head up. And when you're faced with something that you feel you can't handle or is bigger than you.....simply say Hakuna Matata....no worries and just relax. Seen a lot of that lately eh....yeah I know me too. Now I was never really into news or never have been too knowledgeable about news so forgive me if I don't know the whole story about it or all the places that were hit. But honestly of all the people who put #prayingforjapan on their bbm, fb, twitter, anything....there are many things that should be asked, but of course I know that it's the thing to do when something bad happens and people genuinely do feel bad. But when you put #prayingforjapan, it means that firstly you have to have something to pray to and you have to have been actually praying. What has happened throughout Japan and other places is actually really sad, especially since there have been so many natural disasters in recent time such as Haiti and ish. If you put #prayingforjapan, be sure you actually do so and don't just do it for attention or for the sake of doing so, a lot of people have lost their lives, loved ones, homes, etc. It's scary to think that something like that could hit us at anytime of the day and we wouldn't even see it coming. We spend out times worrying about such little things compared to the bigger problems people around the world face. Our biggest problem is whether that guy/girl likes us, while another child's problem is whether he'll have food tomorrow. We worry about what to wear to school while looking at our abundant closet while some kids go to sleep and wake up in the same clothes everyday. I guess what I'm trying to say it don't take your life for granted and think about the future yeah...but also live life for today and enjoy it, cuz you never know what can happen. Continue to pray for Japan, and give them strength to overcome this tough time, and allow them to draw closer to God and have their eyes opened in light of this event. From The Heart: Guy/Girl Friendships

You know how when a guy and girl are friends, there's a line between them that prevents them from becoming too close to the point of intimacy. And when you get too close to the line it kinda pushes you back a few steps and the friendship itself goes back a few steps as well. I guess that's the hard part about having a friend of the opposite sex and getting close with them. You have to be careful about that barrier but at the same time you wanna be close with the person. I guess that's why a lot of guy/girl friendships don't work cuz one person tries to break through the barrier and is unsuccessful and the barrier only pushes them further and further apart, or people skip the procedures entirely and try to jump the whole thing making things even worse. I feel like that's happening to me now....where me and my friend who have been close before and have been pushed back by the barrier a few times are at it again, trying to rebuild this it this time we can't get as close as we were before cuz the barrier pushes us back before we can even reach it....so I dunno what to do. Our conversations feel more and more dull and I feel like she doesn't wanna talk as much or isn't trying as hard to approach me. Maybe I do have a tendency to overanalyze things or blow things out of proportion...or maybe I just care to the point where I put myself out there a bit too far and all my weaknesses are exposed and exploited...I dunno man....

Lol alright so I hope you followed along cuz that was just for fun to kinda get your warmed up for what I'm about to talk about. The first person/your first experience of love is always your first experience of a lot of things as well. I'm basing all these on my own personal experience, for all I know your relationships could be all about rainbows, butterflies and dandelions lol. I remember the first girl I really fell hard for....we met in the most randomest way when she asked my friend to help her with something. The friendly thing to do was to say hi, instead of standing in between them and creating awkward tension. So I asked my friend about her and I got to adding her on facebook and we got to talking. Now i'm gonna spare you the details and just kinda go through the important parts. Well basically we hit it off from the start, talking night after night and just getting to know each other and having heartfelt talks here and there. It kinda turns into some next Romeo and Juliet ish from here lol...basically she liked me at one point but I wasn't really feeling her I was still getting to know her, then after the point of getting to know her, I fell for her...but the feelings she had were gone. So it kinda started getting awkward until we talked again and realized we both liked each other. It never really got anywhere cuz we had our disagreements and we didn't wanna hurt each other. Now that I look back and that I'm older now...I'm not saying she was my soulmate or anything, but she taught me a lot...about life and people and communication. I use to think she was the one that got away...but now I know that she was an amazing person who left her mark in my heart and we really grew through each other. But anyways I just wanna ask you guys if you've ever had that one person you feel you couldn't let go of. Despite how high the odds seemed, how bad things were going and how cold she seemed to be, you just somehow deep down knew she was the one. I've had that feeling. I don't know where I'm going with this lol but just continuing to look back at our relationship, we both changed and what we looked for in the opposite sex had changed as well. Overall, she made a big impact in my life and my growth as well. I know a lot of the things I write sometimes seem really here and there and everywhere but it's kinda cuz I picture it all out in my head or it comes to me in a random situation and I fumble to get it all down so I don't forget so it may be out of order or really random, or just a bunch of random splurges lol but work with me please. So yeah....I guess when someone leaves your life, don't look at the negatives and dwell in the bad, but focus on the positives and the good times you guys shared and what he/she has done for you and how you guys have changed and ish.

A Guy Can Dream Can't He...

So as I make my way through the seasons of Boy Meets World (Youtube it if you don't know), I find myself on season 6 and the more I watch, the more I realize that's kinda like my ideal life. Cory, a regular guy has a best friend in Shawn who he's know ever since he was little and can talk to about anything. Topanga a girl he's known since he was a kid as well, who he can also talk to about anything. Eric, his older brother who he looks up to and goes to talk to about stuff he feels uncomfortable with talking to his parents and they actually are friends, not just siblings. His parents, who sometimes act old fashioned are very understanding and loving and can talk to at any time and of course Mr. Feeny, his teacher and next door neighbour who though sometimes is looked at as annoying really cares for his students and can talk to and council them at any time. But yeah...this in no way is meant to bash the people in my life right now or say that I wish I could replace them...but sometimes life gets hard and TV makes everything look so perfect and calm and happy..

Call it compulsive obsessive....or maybe I just care too much, to let this thing go, to let you go though we haven't even known each other that long. We've physically known each other for a long while but we've never talked and really been close. So I dunno...I guess this sudden climax of us getting to know each other really hit me hard cuz I enjoy talking to you and your company. Very few times you can just talk and joke around with a girl, so I guess that explains why I try so hard to keep this thing going and to initiate conversation and such. Is anybody out there.........is anybody listening.......are you reading this right now? You ever get that feeling...when there's a big group of people around you...yet you still feel alone...or you still need someone to talk to. I felt that way one too many times and I dunno, at times when I'm in the mood I can pretty much handle it but today...I dunno, maybe it caught up to me. I was really out of it and I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing or what was going on around me. I didn't wanna talk to nobody there cuz we're not comfortable around each other or close enough. The people I did wanna talk to either didn't show up or are there....but there aren't really there, you kinda get it? Me and this person...we were hitting it off...not in a relationship sense but just talking, conversation, getting closer...and I dunno where it happened, but suddenly it's weird...now I would approach this person, but I'm always the one doing so, starting the conversations, keeping them alive...I feel it's time for this person to carry their weight in this friendship...otherwise it's not worth having if I'mc arrying all the load. I really wanna be one of those kids in the cliche shows with the next door neighbour best friend who they can talk to about anything at anytime...sneaking out late at night just to talk and chill outside one another's houses...about life...and problems, etc. Or sometimes I wish I had that person that I grew up with and knew since wwhen I was little...I don't have one person I can tell everything to....all my close friends....some secrets are kept....it's liek that for most people but sometimes I wish I didn't have to carry this load and I wish I could share with someone my life....and what I'm going through and what I'm feeling. Sometimes I wish I had all these thigns....I don't have a sibling or a relative I can talk to like some people do...but I wish I did. I'm in dire need or someone to talk to.....my close friends feel distant from me at times...I'm really jealous of the people who no matter what happens always have at least one person they can go to and talk to no matter WHAT. I don't even know why I'm stressing over this....maybe it's just a sign of how much I value you and our friendship and how BAD I try to make it work and keep up with you.
